During pipeline maintenance, maintenance workers simplified procedures and failed to better execute Lockout tagout management specifications, which caused fire accidents.

Scope: it is suitable for the installation, maintenance, maintenance, overhaul and debugging of all unconventional equipment in the operation site. All isolation facilities of dangerous energy and materials should be Lockout tagout.
Take lathe maintenance as an example: By analyzing and identifying the existence of the following dangerous energy in the maintenance process of the lathe:
Electrical energy – Electric shock hazard caused by misoperation of power control switch and bed power switch
Mechanical energy – Mechanical damage caused by internal mechanical linkage caused by misoperation during lathe maintenance
Potential energy – Pressure damage caused by pressurized fluid caused by misoperation during oil repair
